 Incorporated in October 2008, Hebei Hongyang Tire Company is a manufacturer specializing in bicycle tires.
Based in Xingtai, Hebei Province, the company currently exports to 86 countries, such as Russia, Mexico and South Africa, as well as throughout Southeast Asia.
The company produces a wide range of tires for children’s, mountain and foldable bikes, as well as for self-balancing vehicles, wheelchairs and heavy-duty vehicles – all in a variety of colors.
Staffed with a team of five senior designers and 30 engineers, the factory produces OEM and branded products with a daily capacity of 100,000 tires and 50000 inner tubes.
The company owns and operates advanced rubber processing equipment and a sophisticated production line that includes dozens of vulcanizing machines, fabricating and cutting machines, internal mixers and tire bladder vulcanizers.
All Hongyang tires are produced under strict quality control and in accordance with SGS standards from selection of raw materials to production and delivery.
Our awarded quality certifications include BSCI FACTORY CERTIFICATION, SGS and RoHS , and as always our products adhere to country-specific quality requirements.
